Band coatings, also coil coating is a process in the industry that is coated in the continuously organic rolled aluminum and steel bands.

Coating Systems for metallic constructions
Metal structures in the coil coating process are coated steel strips. They are primarily used in the home appliance industry. Also products of the consumer electronics and computer industries often receive coil coated material made from this sample.
The primers can be applied to pretreated substrates such as CRS, HDG, ZE or ZM substrates and coated with the respective topcoats. It protects from corrosion, is elastic and adhesive. The surfaces are textured or smooth by the wish.
These coating systems are well protected from scratches, are chemical resistant and have a good spreading.
The entire system (substrate and coating) is flexible. The surface is not damaged during the necessary forming processes and during the joining techniques.
The dry film thicknesses range is from 5.0 to 10.0 microns (primer, structured) and from 15.0 to 20.0 microns (top coat).
